Scrappmate is a bespoke system that allows salvage organisations to comprehensively manage their End of Vehicle Life collections / drive-ins, payments and to collect, generate and store documents required to meet current legislation. It was designed with our clients, Davies Salvage Ltd primarily to meet their own requirements but also it has been made available by Davies Salvage to other similar organisations who pay them a subscription.

Since this website was created, we have updated and enhanced the system that amongst a number of additions, now includes a direct integration to return up-to-date DVLA information related to a car’s registration or VIN and a mapping facility to help organisations schedule their collections.

As with all systems we create, the different components of the system have been designed to work on multiple platforms and optimised for the most likely, so for instance the drivers will see all the information they need through a phone optimised user interface whereas office-based user will get the best experience through desktop, laptop and tablet devices, serving up tailored views based on the screen’s resolution. The functionality and information available to each user will also depend on their role.
